SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 3-3.5 weeks for production on all items, unless otherwise specified. Production starts after the store closes (usually 1 week). Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and out of our control.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, size changes (once the order is shipped), or issue refunds. All sales are final.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Once we ship the order, it is completely out of our hands.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
